Solution Delivered

  • A modern, secure and robust system

  • Integrated system with the Interagency Resource Ordering System (IROC) which provides a seamless experience for the Wildland Fire Community

  • Greater inventory visibility among caches with increased inventory accuracy; enhanced information sharing for sound decision-making; improved agency-reporting of cache inventory levels and usage; elimination of redundant data entry into separate systems and databases; and improved overall service to cache customers.

  • Mobile scanning devices are modern, secure and flexible

IMPACT

The early exit from the Interagency Cache Business System (ICBS) is projected to save the Forest Service approximately $500,000 in licensing and renewal costs. Furthermore, by expediting the implementation the current contractor's contract will not need to be extended, thereby eliminating the expense associated with maintaining a legacy system.

ICLIP is comprised out-of-the-box Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and custom code. It is designed to revolutionize wildland fire and all-hazard logistics by delivering an intuitive, effective system that sets a new standard for efficiency and reliability, empowering fire caches to respond faster and more effectively.
