  • Enhanced user experience: A secure, integrated portal was developed, enhancing the applicant journey and providing clear progress updates.
  • Centralized case management: The solution centralized the Backgrounds investigators' workflow and provided a unified view for HR case management, improving efficiency and oversight.
  • Self-service portal: The implementation of Employee Center Pro delivered an upgraded self-service platform, enabling staff to easily access HR information and updates.

This holistic approach addressed existing inefficiencies and prepared the client for ongoing improvements in HR service management.
