Tailored ITOM and ITAM Implementations

The client and Ondaro implemented a comprehensive solution tailored to the client’s unique needs, including:

  • ITOM (IT Operations Management): Ondaro conducted a current state assessment, followed by remediation of critical IT operations. This included implementing ServiceNow ITOM Visibility, Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors, providing a holistic view of the client’s IT environment across on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • ITAM (IT Asset Management): Ondaro implemented the ServiceNow ITAM Software Asset Management application, involving normalization of data services, activating the SAM Professional Module, and integrating with top SaaS providers. This resulted in streamlined software lifecycle workflows, enhanced compliance, and cost reduction.
